HOROLOGY

A watch collection app for iPhone, iPad and Apple Watch

Everything collectors usually keep across spreadsheets, notes and photo albums, in one app built around watches.

Add a watch in seconds

Search a built-in catalog of more than 36,000 references from over 120 brands, and Horology fills in the case, movement, calibre and dial details. Found a watch on a dealer's website? Share the page to Horology: it reads the listing on your iPhone, with Apple Intelligence on devices that have it, and suggests the matching reference.

Every watch gets a dial drawn in its own colors, or Studio photos with the background removed on your iPhone. Keep reference and serial numbers, papers, purchase details and notes together, with a wishlist and a record of the watches you've sold.

Log what you wear

Log today's watch with one tap in the app, from a widget, with Siri, from Control Center or on Apple Watch. Streaks, a wear calendar and Pick for me, which suggests the watch that has waited longest, help you wear your whole collection.

Horology's Today screen on iPhone 18 Pro: a Rolex Submariner Date on the wrist with a 7-day streak, worn 36 times and running 2.1 seconds a day fast, above a week of watch dials
Today: what's on the wrist, the streak, and the week's watches.

Insights

See your rotation score, cost per wear, collection value and wear by weekday and month, updated every time you log a watch.

Accuracy

Time Check compares a watch with atomic time over a day for its real daily rate. The Timegrapher listens through your iPhone's microphone for rate, beat error and amplitude, in one position or six.

Service and insurance

Log every service and battery change, and get a reminder when the next one is due, based on the movement. Export a PDF insurance report, or the whole collection as a CSV spreadsheet.

Private by design

No account and no ads. Your collection stays on your devices and syncs through your own iCloud. Listings are read and microphone sound is analyzed on your iPhone, and sound is never recorded.
